LEADERSHIP FREMONT Presented by RVR Bank:
A nine-month series - one day per month - of leadership development activities and community awareness sessions that enhance knowledge about Fremont. Participants tour local, regional, and state points of interest to gain contextual information about the inner workings of government, businesses, and community service organizations.

A question we get often after individuals graduate from Leadership Fremont is "What's Next"? We now have an answer for this question!
YOUTH LEADERSHIP ACADEMY Presented by RVR Bank:
Similar in structure to the adult Leadership Fremont, YLA is targeted to high school juniors. Added to the curriculum are hands-on immersive activities in civics led by Fremont's mayor and group projects that end with public presentations. Click HERE to apply for the 2025-26 class.
COMPASS AWARD NOMINATION: The Compass Leadership Awards are The Fremont Area Chamber’s highest recognition for outstanding leadership. Compass Awards acknowledge and celebrate individual achievement and leadership that has had a significant and positive impact on advancing the area as a vibrant, diverse business community. The Fremont Area Chamber is taking nominations for Legacy Compass Leaders, Rising Compass Leaders, and Youth Compass Leaders. LEADERSHIP MIDLAND Presented by RVR Bank: Similar in structure to the adult Leadership Fremont, Leadership Midland is targeted to Midland University Students. This program serves as a dynamic platform for students to embark on a journey of community engagement, personal growth, and leadership development. Through this program, students are equipped with the tools and knowledge to actively contribute to the betterment of their community while honing their skills in various essential areas.
THINK LOCAL: Growing out of the belief that dollars circulated locally build in value, this program encourages residents to use local merchants and services first.
